Refocusing and getting back on MFP

Hi Everyone,

I have done MFP before but I really really really want to be serious and recommit again -please browse through my HUGE blog post. Long story short-I was 290--then lost weight and got to 198--then gained a lot back and got to 240, my goal weight is 140. I know that through MFP and the fabulous support system they provide, I can do this!
