Change in ovulation??
I've noticed a change the last 2 months since working out .. That i can now tell when i ovulate. My lower back hurts exactly 14 days after my period and my boobs are soo tender it even hurts to wear a bra & i also have the water weight gain. Training for 5k advice please!??
Question: I'm training for a 5k. I have 5 more months to train. So far all im capable of is 1 mile in 15 minutes. To go any further than that right now i feel weak & tired.
