Can't seem to lose... frustrated.

I'm trying to find a simple easy dinner that's low in calories and kid-friendly. No onions or peppers. Something that is easy to make that will only take 30-45 minutes. An hour max. Any suggestions?

Anyone know a good dance exercise video?
Does anyone know of any good dance exercise videos that are effective? I tried the 30 day shred but because of the rods in my femurs I couldn't do it very well. But I love dancing so I am hoping someone can suggest one that will work well.

I was wondering if there is a lot of squatting or on your knees exercises and if so is there a lot of them? I have rods in both of my femur bones that push hard and hurt a lot when squatting or on my knees. I really want to try it though.

A friend on facebook was talking about this site so I thought I would try it. Been trying to lose weight for ages. I have an 8 month old and have yet to lose any weight...looking for a support system isn't easy. Hopefully I can find what I need here!
