Night time
How do you all manage not to eat at night! I am really struggling with this as I go to bed early but by the time its 630pm I am hungry and I hate to eat less than 2 hours to my bedtime. What doesn't help is that my husband comes home from work and eats a small meal but then I start to get hungry too and eat something also.…

But my case is a little different I had a migraine for 3 days and just today I feel much better but also have not been eating much because I don't feel hungry and nothing appeals to my appetite. Argh...How is that I
gain weight instead of losing it! I couldn't post from friday to Sunday due to no internet at the house. Anyhow I was dropping at least a 1-2lbs a week and now i have gained 1lb back and feel like its creeping up! SO frustrating! Please tell me how to make my food diary and exercise diary open? Scales
So are they all different or what? I am SO confused! So I went to the doctor today and the scale said 5lbs less than what I weigh at home, neighbors, and school scale. What is up with that! I don't know which one to follow. Although I don't weigh myself everyday only weekly. I just don't get it.

Bummed.....
How can I gain 2lbs back! UGH! Does that mean I have to go out and workout harder now! I already walk at 3.7 with incline of 7.5% for 50 mins and 10 mins on the Elliptical machine. Then I do some strength training. What else can I add?
