your protein intake? I am always over! Drives me nuts how can I change that? Ideas?

If you're trying to build muscle you should be eating as many grams of protein as pounds you weigh haha(:0

Yes go over! MFP has a very low setting for Protein and a very high setting for carbs.0

Going over protein is nowhere near as bad as going over something like sodium or sugar, so you should be fine.0

It's OKAY to go over with protein. It's probably set low and any excess you body will just pee it out anyway.0

I don't know what a nutritionist would say, but I like lots of lean protein 'cos it fills me up and quells cravings. I eat a reasonable amount of fruit and veg too and some carbs (I'm not anti-carb).0
