how sore is too sore?

STUCK in weight...but moving in inches
well I’m down 57 lbs. in 5months and I lost a good portion of it before the 4month mark...I slowed down because I started adding some carbs back in so the scale is going back and forth constantly...but I also got a gym membership again over a month ago and I go anywhere from 5-6days a week :) so I see the inches coming off…

I have sore hips :(
So I have been doing a lot of lunges and dips in my daily workouts and my hips are very tired. I do the stretches but I think I need a better stretch. They feel like they want to cramp up. no bueno of a feeling :sick: any suggestions? thanks :bigsmile:
