quick question...I did a body fit class last wednesday for 40min and it was an *kitten* kicker but wonderful and I did great with it but 2 days later i was so sore I could barely move let a lone workout but I pushed myself and worked out. Sunday was the first day I was able to move and squat without kringing. I had massive dead legs...it was more pain than soreness. I still worked out my legs and did my squat challenge...should I have just let my legs rest and done only upper body so they could recover?

when you get sore like that give it a day or 2 and then workout light to flush the muscles with some fresh blood and goodies. make sure you drink lots of water because dehydration can make it worse. if you get sore like that more than once or twice after you start something you should take a hard look at doing something easier and working your way up to your goal exercize.0
