Tips to keep sugar low
Of all my targets I have, sugar is the one I stuggle to keep down the most. I like to think I eat quite healthy. I do eat fruits such as apples, grapes and bananas and stay clear of things like chocolate and drink mostly water, but litterally an apple and a banana and im near my maximum. Any ideas!?
