Help dropping below 17st

Hey guys.

I'm looking to drop below 17st but for the life of me I can't seem to drop anything. Up until now my progress has generally been good, nothing major but a steady loss over time. I used to be 18.2 stone. However, no matter what I do I can't seem to shift anything now.

Exercise wise I always try to do something most days. Usually burn about 250 cals on my bike each day & certain days go swimming etc. Im not a big gym freak but I try to do something each day.

Can anyone give me advice on how to get below that huge stumbling block which is 17st! For info I am 6"4 and 25 years old.
