Help with portions.

Ok this might sound a silly question but while in work I usually buy a pack of sandwiches on the way. Question is:

Is one triangle considered 1 sandwich or are both considered 1? I'm trying to make sure my food is accurate as possible.

    Both are considered 1 sandwich. If the pack has a bar code on it you scan with the app on your phone and add it to your diary :smile:

    Oh my god lol, all this time I been thinking that each part was classed as 1 sandwich haha!
