How do you organize your recipes?
I have so many recipes in different places - bookmarked websites, text files, handwritten... I need a way to get them all organized. What works best for you? Do you print them out and keep them in a folder, or keep them all in text files, or do you have special recipe software? Please share!

Is Greek yogurt like regular yogurt?
As far as taste and texture? I can't stand regular yogurt. It's so soft and yucky. I have this image of Greek yogurt being a different texture, but I'm pretty sure I made that up. Can you describe it?

Blood donation
If I donate a pint of blood, that would weigh about a pound, right? So how long would it take for my body to replace that pint of blood? I don't want to get on the scale a few days later and think "hey I lost a pound!" when it was just the blood. I know it doesn't really matter in the long run but I was just wondering.

Eating with a cold
I feel like I'm coming down with a cold. Currently I'm trying to lose a pound a week, so I'm eating at a 500-calorie deficit. Should I eat a little extra, to fight off the cold? Or just stick with my normal goal? Don't get me wrong, if I feel hungry, I will eat; but should I purposely aim for more or just follow my hunger?

I went over my calories by 290 yesterday. (And I was over by 230 for the week.) Is 1300 really enough calories?
My goal is set at 1290 calories per day. I actually average about 1350 net. I lost 2 pounds in the first 2 weeks - haven't weighed in for the 3rd week yet. I don't feel hungry or deprived. But, 1300 calories just sounds really low. Is it really healthy to eat this amount? Since I don't get hungry does that mean it's OK?…

Question about weight loss and loose skin
I have heard people talk about having loose skin after losing weight. Does this happen when losing a smaller amount of weight, like 15-20 pounds? Does it go away?
