I see all my friends food diaries and some of them have their calorie intake set to 800 calories a day and one even had 200 calories a day! (really bad) However mine is set to 1200 and i want to make it 1000 ... Do i go to settings or something?
I did horribly today.. Look at the 3rd of april.. I feel disgusting. Please look at my food diary and tell me if its REALLY bad. I need to know how to control myself against food. I always do this. My food diary always looks like this. Thats why i delete it and say "im starting tomorrow".. Then the next day i overeat…

In my food diary i think some of you may have noticed that for half the day i log everything i eat and i do so well... then in the afternoon i start eating like 1000 calories at once!!!! Then i delete my whole food diary and say to myself... "IM STARTING TOMORROW" then the same thing goes on !!!! WHAT DO I DO TO STOP…
I have only 1 point left on my protein for the rest of the arvo.... please help? I need a protein free afternoon snack and dinner??? Thanks guys!

When you click "complete food entry" it comes up with .. If you ate like this everyday you would weigh in at 53.4 kg in 5 weeks. Is it accurate or does it just say that? Thanks everyone!
