    Uh, well that wasn't rude. Just because she posted it twice, doesn't mean she's spamming. She wants friends and motivation just like YOU want that, there is NOTHING wrong with that.
    Do you want to be rude and beat her down and make her eat and not want to get healthy?
    Or do you want to be nice and motivational and help her out just like everyone helps YOU out

    Didn't know telling someone to not spam meant I was beating them down, making them eat, and not want to get healthy.

    MFP is supposed to be friendly, expecially for someone new. And if you looked at the times for the post, they were all at the EXACT same time, so Im pretty sure it was a computer glitch.
