How to move from pressups etc on knees to full length ones?
My arms are by far my weakest area. I have really upped the amount of work I do with them, doing more walking planks, press-ups etc but I still cannot get anywhere near even one full length press-up without setting my body weight down on the floor. Does anyone have any tips of how I can gradually work up to doing them…

What I have achieved in one month
I originally joined MFP in Jan 09 with a 3 month old baby. I lost most of the weight, then got pregnant again. I started using the site again one month ago today when DD was 4 weeks old (because I had gained weight in the previous week and thought 'noooooo I cannot put weight on *after* the baby has arrived!). Today…

Targetting 2 lbs loss per week but losing 4 - should I worry
I started out needing to lose around 35 lbs - this will take me to about 7 lbs under the max BMI for my height and I know its a weight I'm happy with. I have a 6 week old baby so am BFing full-time, am allowing 500 cals for that. I always eat at or very close to my allowance, the most I have been under is about 180. I eat…

What rewards did you give yourself?
I think I am going to break my total that I need to lose into 7lb (ish - the first one will 'only' be 6 lbs), so I will have 5 to get through :noway: I NEED to have something to focus on when I get down about how much I have to lose/ when I want to eat something I know full well I shouldn't!!

Re-introducing myself!

I really need inspiration! I'm rushed off my feet as I have 3 kids under 5, including a 4 week old so have very little time for food prep. I'm terrible at grabbing a sandwich which isn't even very filling and is way more calories than I can get away with! Please contribute your ideas, TIA! :flowerforyou:

Gained back 4 lbs
   I know it might not sound much but I'm gutted!!! I got all the way down to 5 lbs from target in mid March, then got bored and decided to maintain for a while. That went ok until I finished an event I've been training for, so my exercise level dropped massively. I also started weaning my baby who is now 6…

I know we all do really, also know slow is the way to go, and best bet of keeping it off  But, having lost my target 2 lbs in the last week, it just feels so little versus the effort, and even if I keep that rate up it will take another 3 months to get to goal :grumble: I also know keeping up 2 lbs a week is very…
