Gotta be quick as baby crying, but quick update to say I lost 4 lbs last week - SO chuffed!!   Really motivated to try and lose another 2 in the next week as that will put me under the next stone marker which is my 'officially fat' marker, and is also my first goal and I am buying myself Mamma Mia as a reward!!

I just woke up...luckily babies snoring away. BUT I got some snazzy new workout accessories that I am excited about this weekend at Walmart.

Gotta give us West coast ppl a chance to get moving. I am so nervous about the weigh in tomorrow. I feel really good and I have lots of energy but I don't feel like I've lost anything. Guess at my weight I really couldn't tell 2 lbs though and that is the goal I am set up for. I will weigh in tomorrow night at the TOPS meeting. I can't weigh at home :frown: I am on track again this week for 5 days of 30 min. cardio, no problem with water it's not even a goal for me because I get to 20+ cups most days. I still need to find some new things to try. Any suggestions?? My goal for myself this week is to work on my mantra- supporting myself not putting me down or doubting me. I'll let you all know how it goes tomorrow.

  • Good Goal Amy- the mental battle is the biggest part of losing weight (in my opinion)
Great job shoppie and really cute reward guster

i'm a bit discourage today as I thought I was okay from my car accident yesterday but then had lower back pain all night and have to see my doctor this morning,

He sounds optomistic though, says physcio should do the trick and I can still do some light- moderate cardio (biking, walking and some ellipitical in a bit) and well as some core/strength training my physcio. therapist agrees to....so really it doesn't sound too bad at the end of the day.

I'm off to breakfast, everyone have a great day

You are absolutely right about the mental battle! I just finished up Ab BootCamp - I'm weak! Ughh. What a killer - but I feel good  I am hoping that the scales aren't too mean tomorrow considering I crashed for a couple of days...

    Hello Red Team Members:flowerforyou:

Is there a challenge for this week or are we using the one from last week? I have been busy all day and am just now being able to find time to pop and and check the threads. I really need to go kick the kids off the tv so I can do my workout.
