How to cut sugar?
I'm trying to cut most sugar out of my diet but I'm not sure how to go about it. This is mostly because in the last couple of years (mostly during my last pregnancy actually,), I have gotten a lot of cavities and I believe it's from too much sugar (and being lazy about flossing- ew i know) Any tips for me?

My Results so far (using Brazil Butt Lift and Insanity)

Zumba 2 on the Wii
I got Zumba 2 yesterday and I woke up at 6am to do my first work out! I did 1 hour and 6 mins this morning. I was bored later in the afternoon so I popped it in and did another 40 minutes!! I burned 1260 (or something like that) calories today w/ just Zumba! I'm so obsessed! it's so much fun!

1200 cals a day?
Is it okay to net low as long as I'm eating 1200 calories a day? For example: today I've eaten 1213 calories and I've burned 906 from working out. When i complete the day it doesn't warn me or anything

Too much protein?
Every day I always go significantly over on my protein. Usually I don't go over on my calories, fat or carbs is too much protein a bad thing? Idk if it matters too- but I'm breastfeeding my 2 month old daughter.

How does this work exactly?
I guess I'm not 100% understanding how the calories in calories out works. Am I striving to get my net calories to my goal calories? For example: I'm trying to eat 1200 cals a day. if I burn off 600 do i eat 600 more??
