I'm also sticking to a strict super healthy (no processed foods) 1540 cal a day diet. it's working for me :) to be honest- 30DS seems harder to me than insanity?? lol...maybe jillian is just less motivating to me

search "breastfeeding" in the food data base- i usually add mine to snacks (the total for the day) you can choose the 500 cal (average) option or you can do it by oz. which I feel is more accurate. congrats on your baby! :) I had my second baby 8/19!

I go for 2-3 hour walks w/ my baby wrapped on me (adds weight/burns more calories) and I push my 3 year old in a stroller. I'm also the apartment manager so i burn a lot of calories vacuuming the halls and the stairs and cleaning the entrance and the laundry room. (there are three floors). I also do a lot of house work…

I eat when I'm hungry- and don't when I'm not. All my meals consist of real foods- balanced nutrition...with the exception of breakfast- I try to get all my food groups in. I'm never really hungry by the end of the day- sometimes I have to force myself an apple or something just to reach my 1200. I always make sure not to be under 1200

thanks! he just bought a gym membership to go w/ MFP and "insanity" he's gonna work out and eat biggest loser style his body fat is actually in the right range for him to join so he's just strengthening and trying to lose what he can
