Anyone on this? I understand the calories in vs calories out. My question is if I have my burn (from a fitbit) and my intake (weighed) correctly. Should I be losing exactly my deficit every week? Example. Last night my guy was casually rubbing my legs and suddenly stopped looked at me and started asking if I had lost weight in my thighs! I just bought a bodybugg and it is not recording time propersly. It says I worked out at 10:30 last night (it was 730) and that I woke up at 930 today (its only 645 now!) this is very annoying. Anyone know how to fix time errors ? Google was no help
