My question: I'm on MFP to lose weight myself which is encouraging my BF to do the same. Hes starting about the same place you did. How do I encourage him without nagging? I want us to both be healthy, but I know its a personal choice.

yep, working out and counting calories. Im averaging over a pound a week loss so I dont really have a right to complain. But hey I wanna wake up fit and it just hasnt happened yet! So for now Ill keep putting the work in.

At my lightest (122#, 5'4) sex was actually painful...not awesome. Ive put weight on again (trying to take it off) and my goal isnt to be that thin again!

I stepped on the scale 32 days ago and I was at my heaviest weight ever. Since then I have lost 8.5#. It was a huge eye opener for me. Im planning to make this change my lifestyle.

I gave up in the sugar department (I still try to be careful though). Just eating a yogurt and a banana puts me over for the whole day! That's ridiculous!

Things stay where I put them Trash is in the trash not on the counter The shower curtain is closed The garage door gets shut!! No one yells at my dogs but me My back doesnt hurt from sharing the bed No one talks to me while I watch TV No one to care if I play with my toys! Millions more reasons!

Im finishing up JM Ripped in 30, in the 3 weeks I measured I lost at least 12inches :) All I did was the video and a half hour walk a day most days along with counting calories. Pretty good results I would say

nope I dont pay much attention to how many calories it tells me to eat, after i got it i realized that as long as I eat 1200 that I keep the 1000cal deficit that BB recommends so Im covering all my bases. PS PLZ join the BB group http://www.myfitnesspal.com/groups/home/481-bodybugg-wearin-buddies

only for the exercise my regular daily calorie burn. otherwise I just watch my burn with the BB and keep under 1200 calories using MFP (dont tell but I dont eat my exercise calories)
