For those who have done JM dvds.

Which was your favourite and why?

And which one gave the best results - or conversely which one gave poor results or caused injuries??

I have done 30DS and found it ok, although I am sure the plyometric moves were at least partly responsible for my knee injuries. But I like the convenience of being able to do a workout at home so am looking at getting a couple more.

Also open to suggestions of other (non JM) dvds.

Edited to add I am especially keen to hear from people who are near goal weight and therefore won't be losing massive amounts of inches, but found benefit in endurance, fitness or (dare I say the word) tone?

Im finishing up JM Ripped in 30, in the 3 weeks I measured I lost at least 12inches :) All I did was the video and a half hour walk a day most days along with counting calories. Pretty good results I would say

I have done the 30DS and got her Yoga Meltdown. I like the Yoga Meltdown and only did level one a few times. :) I'm interested in what folks have to say about her other workouts too! :)

I have done all these too....but I did like Shred it with Weights the best. I am doing 30 Day Shred right now for 2nd time around....best results!

I'm doing 30Ds but I modify any of the plyo moves so I don't hurt myself. I just ordered Jackie Warner Xtreme Traing or something like that. It's the same cncept where she works several muscle groups at a time. I think she will be pretty tough also. The cost of the video was in line with a JM video of about $10 on collage videos.
