I need suggestions on foods that are low (or zero) protein with some calories. I hate carbs so most of my calories come from protein and I'm always over in that area. Help please :)

I think the standard MFP settings are too low for protein. I wouldn't worry about going over in protein as long as your calorie count is on target.

Well there are things like bananas which are higher calorie. What do you eat? Do you eat things like corn, beans, potaotes, sweet potatoes or do you not like anything like that? Fats are going to give you more calories too.

I agree. Reset your protein percentage in ''Settings" I think MFP have it as 15% whereas it shoud be more like 30-35%

Going over in protein is absolutely fine. If you want to eat foods that are low in protein and you also (for some reason) hate carbs, then you're limited to consuming fat.

I tend to eat things that include meat (duh), peanut butter, yogurt, chocolate etc that all include at least some protein
