hiya, i was wondering if anyone could help me with some major calorie/fat burning indoor exercises which dont require equipment? right now im doing the 30 days shred level 2 and 3 straight after each other then 10 mins of skipping, so anything like that really thanks.

hi i find myself out of boredom or even when im full i eat and it can be healthy stuff but also very fatty stuff. i was wondering if people have had the same problem and maybee how they have got over it or dealt with it ? thanks :)

swapping carbs
hiya, i was wondering if anyone would be able to help me .... i stock up on carb foods such as potatoes, bread and pasta as i see it as filling me up therefore wont over eat however im reading that carb foods bloat you and iv noticed this to be the case with me so i was wondering what other foods can i replace these with…

weight shift
I dont seem to be shifting weight more putting it on, on the scales and i have thrown out all the junk food and im on the 30 day shred work out as well as an hour jog about 4 times a week however i was wondering if the foods i still eat are affecting this such as bread, pasta and jacket potatoes? could anyone help?
