30 day shred?

i was wondering if anyone would be able to tell me how many calories i would be burning whilst doing the 30 day shred

i am male 18 years old, around 5'7 and 11stone 10lbs

    I really think buying a HRM is best if you want to know how much calories you're burning. Everyone is different and burn calories at different rates.

    it's different for everyone a HRM is the way to go.. Good luck with the 30 day shred it's an awesome workout.

    HRM will be your best best. im female, 5'6 and 250lbs and burn anywhere from 205-250 depending on how hard im trying.

    The 30DS is a great (and really quick) workout! If you don't have a heart monitor, log the time as "circuit training" for the most accurate estimate on MFP. :smile:
