Kennel Attendant
What should you set your activity to if you are a kennel attendant? Tasks include; cleaning kennels (a lot of climbing up and down a step ladder), transporting animals in carriers and walking them, and doing laundry and dishes. You don't ever sit.

Does any one not else not weigh themselves, accept for when they did their starting weight?? If so, why do you choose not to use a scale? And how is that working out for you?

I bought some Natures Bounty adult gummy vitamins.. I always forget to take mine.. And I like candy haha. Just wondering if any one else takes them? Also, if 30mg of vitamin C is too low per gummy and if I should remember to take my pills instead?
