I bought some Natures Bounty adult gummy vitamins.. I always forget to take mine.. And I like candy haha.

Just wondering if any one else takes them?

Also, if 30mg of vitamin C is too low per gummy and if I should remember to take my pills instead?

    I love gummy vitamins. I never forget to take them. Some of the non-gummies are frickin' gigantic and nasty tasting - I'd always forget to take those! I take a Gummy Multi-Vitamin and a Vitamin D gel cap (I live in WA - we have no sun).
