Where Do You Get The Strength?

How do you get the will power to not eat junk food?

My brother is always buying not healthy stuff and leaving it out on the counter for us (my mom and I)...
I can never seem to find the will power to not have a little nibble!

Also, my week is pretty hectic on account of a strange class schedule, so I can never really sit down and have a meal.

    Having lost weight and then put it back on because of the junk food, I know the end result...don't want to go back.
    I still splurge but in moderation.

    It`s hard though, because a cookie is always going to be more appealing to me then say and orange haha!

    Well it's not really about cutting all the yummy fattening food... it's about eating in moderation!
    You want to lose weight but also you need to improve your lifestyle, make it a healthier one!
    It's okay to eat some junk food every once in a while, it actually boosts your metabolism but over doing it will make you gain weight!

    Do I have the strength? No, not really.. in fact, these foods are my weak point.. but im learning!
