I'm 5'4 and looking to stay in the 115-125lb range (depending on whether I'm bulking or cutting).

I am slowly getting there. Started my real journey in July of 2011 and have since lost almost 32 lbs (209 down to 177). I am around 5'2", so I have a lot more to lose. I have a little baby boy born in May of 2011 and I am 30 years old. I hope these help inspire anyone on their weightloss journey. It has been what feels like a lifelong battle to me:

    Hello Ladies!

I'm 5'4" and have had a huge weight loss/ fitness success this year! I contribute it to major life changes made.

    1. Pescetarian diet= Vegetarian + Fish
    2. Wine exchange (no more beer or liquor) drink less and have more fun!
    3. High intensity interval training 15 min run, 15 weights/ squats etc, 15 min run, 15 min weight/squat
    4. Long runs on other days

Good luck ladies! If you want more tips feel free to message me! I have good recipes that helped keep my cravings for red meat away.

I am 5'4" and my goal, I think, is 145. I weigh 170 now and have lost 52 pounds. At 160, people start telling me I look too thin, but that's just because my face gets thinner first. No matter how many people (my mother) tell me to stop losing at 160 (like last time), I am going to go for 145 or even thinner. I can always gain weight back, right? :)

I'm 5'3 and currently 130, my goal is somewhere between 115-125, although my main focus is more on body fat %, I'm looking to drop around 9-10% body fat which will put me down to 15-16% body fat. You can look at my pictures on my profile. My main picture is as of recent, not much weight loss but definitely seeing more definition!
