No Scale

Does any one not else not weigh themselves, accept for when they did their starting weight??

If so, why do you choose not to use a scale?
And how is that working out for you?

I used to weigh myself like 10 times a day (definatley not norml, I have a serious problem)
But now I nmever weigh myself because 1, I'm not allowed to and 2. there is absolutely no good outcome for me of weighing myself.
I either become obsessive, gain weight and want to die or stay the same and hate myself so I stop eating/drinking/putting things in my body to make the number go down.
If you want my advice, stay away from it or just weigh yourself once every month. Health is the goal, not a lower number.

I try to weigh in as little as possible. (Sometimes only once a month. April I'm skipping all month) I try to focus on being and feeling healthy. Since that's my main goal. :)

Oh no, I don't actually use a scale and rarely use one, numbers really aren't to important to me. I was just curious if any other people on here didn't use one as well because it seems like most people do use a scale.
