How accurate is the calories burned this site gives you when you enter in your daily exercise. I don't have one of those arm counters, and I have been putting in my exercise but not counting it on my total calories that i ate for the day , so today i worked out 45 mins said i burned 711 calories , my total food intake was…

need help , getting nervous
okay since i have been changing my life style with food , i have been getting really bad pains in my gallbladder , after i eat i am fine. Only happens when its been a few hours in between meals , has anyone else had this , it feels like a charlie horse in my gallbladder. Should i call my doctor?

i have cut all meals in half so i am under my calories everyday. I also replaced my sugar with equal for my coffee and added multivitamins as well. I lost 4 pounds this week but I want to make sure i do it right this time.
