I think you mean TDEE, not BMR.

I think you might have BMR confused with TDEE. BMR is the number of calories you'd burn in a coma. The only way you'd gain/maintain by eating your BMR is by actually being in a coma. TDEE is the number of calories you need to eat to maintain your current weight.0 -
