Jasons Deli you suck...Well actually I suck. Just entered my stuff 1500 calories later..OUCH. I just need to stay away from them. They always get me and I guess I just dont get it, even though I know where I went wrong...Especially the broccoli cheese soup..That was an OUCH and their Italian dressing..

Shrimp. Help
I put in the tracker and its either 480 calories or 110 calories. Shrimp medium (3 oz) about 15 shrimp was 110 or just Shrimp 18 pieces is 480 calories What do I do. That is a HUGE difference. I had 16 pieces of medium shrimp from out grocery store just sauteed in 1 tsp of EVOO

I really never feel full. I heard that it is a common problem in people with Downs Syndrome. I dont have that but it got me thinking in the conversation. I seriously have no full switch.
