I cant get it straight. I am not disgusting over but I am still over. Its always something..Too much at dinner, too much wine..too much lunch today (and to be honest I am still hungry and I logged 2000 calories today)

  • The wine will kill ya alot of calories. All I can say is walk around the house or if you have stairs walk up and down them for awhile burn some calories. Its tuff for me too, I keep eating all my exercise calories and I do not want too:sad:

    Try choosing higher protein foods and lower carb foods. The protein takes longer to digest and gives you a full satisfied feeling longer. The higher carb foods make you feel hungry sooner because it doesn't take much for your body to turn them into sugars (in turn fat!)

    Also, try planning your meal for today, the day before. That gives you the chance to change as needed.

    I would be over every day, too, if I didn't do some exercise to cover that snack craving. Are you exercising?
