Meal plan and prep. I just made all my salads for the week. I baked my spaghetti squash and cut up veggies for the spaghetti sauce. I spiralized out my zucchini noodles. Meats are thawed. Portioned out almonds in baggies and I'll take baby carrots and small cucumbers and hummus to work to snack.

Maybe your not fighting weight right now but body composition. Your older with kids and maybe judging your body in younger years or ideas of what it should be. My body is doing that now. Things are moving and changing and sometimes with the weight staying the same it doesn't look the same. Just keep at it.

Im mostly Paleo. And my diary is open. Snacks are hard for me to. Nuts kill me not only in calories but in fat. I have found that making a shake has helped. I use coconut milk, kale, frozen banana and will add sometimes cocoa powder or a different fruit or almond butter..mix and match it

hell no.' I subed my gluten food for GF food. I made GF desserts and ate them all. I turned to nuts by the dozens... I went to GF beer instead of regular beer. I ballooned to my highest.. I ran a marathon GF and my highest weight.. Its not gluten and its not running a marathon
