How many calories do you leave for dinner/end of day?
I feel like maybe I under eat during the day and then I have a bizillion calories left for dinner and snack. What are you averaging for dinner calorie wise? I think I do this b/c I am scared of overeating and the cushion is safe..

What is your tried and true recipe for a muffin. Any muffin. I'm going to bake a few batches and freeze them I f'd up a batch of zucchinni muffins but another turned out great.

IT BAND...
Killed my IT band at the knee 3 weeks prior to my marathon. Had to bail the 26.2 and finish just 13.1 and when I say finish I mean hobble.. from calorie counter it has 98 calories in a stalk and 738mg sodium...:noway: of course I cant find that info on MFP going through the 100 broccoli posts

Who set your goal weight?
I've been stuck at 149 for months now...I train for marathons and tris. I'm about 5'7 and 22% body fat. My goal weight for MFP is 135 (set by me). I am really ready to just stop and be (semi) happy where I am at. I would love at least 5-10 pds off but I dont know what else to cut out or do that would be a lifetime change..…

counting EVOO and marinades?
I just dont know what to do with them..Today we put some mahi mahi in a skillett with some EVOO (maybe 2 or more tablespoons) and put some marinade on the fish. I mean it could be a few 100 calories in the EVOO and marinade added to the fish..DOes any cook out? or not absorb into the fish???

No enough sodium!
my sodium is VERY low everyday. Its hard to find info on the min you should have per day and the effects of not having enough. I average maybe 500-800 per day and its 2500 max amt. Anyone else dealing with this?

Getting put on Prednisone :(
Killed my knee and we cant get the inflammation down. I am going on the steroid prednisone which swells you up, causes you to not sleep and makes you very hungry...Cant work out, cant do ANYTHING for 2 weeks. I am so down. I had/have only 15 pds to go.Guess my pity party is over
