Do you use a supplement, a shake, a powder....or do you feel you get it in the food?

I take a multi vitamin that gives me about half, and then the rest I get through food.

I get a lot of low-fat or non-fat dairy: skim milk, greek yogurt, low-fat cheese. I am usually at 120-150% of my calcium goal.

    I also take a Vitamin D supplement.

this might sound a little sad, but i get a lot of my calcium and vitamin D from readybrek. it's advertised at kids, but i love it! and if it means i get my vitamins then i'm happy to be a big kid!!

i also take boots hair, nail and skin supplements which have a lot of other vitamins in them that i need. but i do try and get most of it naturally.

i just figure everything will help a little

I use Almond Milk, which has 50% more calcium than regular milk (and only 35 cals per 8oz), and a multi-vitamin.
