BMR dictates pds to lose...

People wonder why losing weight makes you crazy...Here is another "fact" to make you go "hmm"
I was told (and I am a women so the # .is different for men) by a trainer/nutritionist
Calculate your BMR calories. If your BMR calories are below 1400 then you can not healthfully lose 1 pd or more per week. You can lose 1/2 or less per week but no more. So you should not omit 500 cals below your BMR when below 1400 cal per week. If your below 1400 cals BMR per week and think you are fat then you should focus on weight strength ie...tone..bc your more then likely not "fat" you are "wobbly". Maybe this can help some in their frustration when close or eating to little or whatever.
