? For all the fat to skinny yogis

Carb junkie here looking to revamp. I'm scared though that the fat will return if I don't run bike swim all the time. I want to mainly focus on doing yoga. My eating will have to be way curbed back since I won be burning the calories. But my question is .. How many classes per day do you maintain? And do you still do cardio at all?
