I cannot wear those ear bugs that come with Ipods. but some people have recommended either skullcandy or snuggbuds. Any info? Will they stay put for alot of miles?

Anyone have a Upper Body gym workout?
I have to restart some sort of weight training. Cannot do lower body per dr right now (messed up my knee). But I need some arms, chest, back, abs etc. Anyone want to write up a plan for me? :)

Anyone NOT work out and still lose?
I am being benched from all cardio (except swimming and upper body weights) for awhile. My fitness has me at 1480 calories. Do you think I should lower it some? Started it last week after my Chicago Marathon. Now me knee is the size of a basketball and I cant bend it to even get a shoe on. Going to the drs on Thursday..UGH...Should of stuck with running

Do you believe in banking calories in the week?
If you go over 1 day but the next you are under do you feel like your OK in the weight loss struggle? I went over today but could be under tomorrow if I wanted to (not eat workout calories). Is this a sane way of living? I do this alot it seems. Go over then under and I am at a plateu for a month

Anyone take a diuretic?
My weight fluctuates so much in a week or even a day. I drink ALOT of liquid. I dont urinate that much. My left leg seems to be swollen alot more then usual. I was thinking about asking the dr if a diuretic would help. I however have very low blood pressure and run alot in very hot weathers so...Any info?

Flucuations are KILLING me.
I am up and down all over the place. Sometimes its 10 pds in a week. My water intake stays consistent. Between Saturday and today I am 6pds heavier and feel it. I've been plateued for EVER. Whats the secret to staying to the same?

Dairy hurt my joints?
I increased my dairy consumption lately. I never ate alot or drank alot and lately I have added daily a Greek yogurt, mozz cheese stick and a smoothie (has a yogurt in it). The cruise KILLED ME!
I finished a Half Iron Man (yeah me). Took a week off from working out went on a cruise and just LOST IT. Now after being back for a week the pounds have stayed with me. 8 pounds gained. UGH! I hate to enter that into my scale :( I worked so HARD

Why or why do I have to drink beer and wine too much? Last night was fun with friends and bamm all my hard earned workout calories are gone. When does reality set in that I am not 21 anymore. What do you think is "drinking in moderation" especially to sustain weightloss?

Did everyone survive SuperBowl?
Gained 2 lbs and feel like crapola. Went WAY OVER calories. 7 beers at about 180/piece not to good. Food wise I did pretty well. I mean it wasnt good but it could have been much much worse. Now I am craving junk food :( Its a new day and wont be doing that for a long long time

They should have to ask "would you like the seasoning" or "would you like the butter". We were at Bonefish and no where in the description was there butter on any of their veggies. Calories for Workouts on here seem WAY to HIGH
I just put in my bike ride. Which on the trainer for 78 mins at 15.5 mph was 957 calories...UMM no. If it was 1/2 that I would be impressed. But that would mean I could eat about a whole (maybe 1/2) of a cheesecake :) My HRM that I have was not accurate either so who knows.

WAY to much protein not enough carbs!
