Dairy hurt my joints?

I increased my dairy consumption lately. I never ate alot or drank alot and lately I have added daily a Greek yogurt, mozz cheese stick and a smoothie (has a yogurt in it).
My kneese and hips are KILLING me. Could it be related? Anyone find they take dairy out and feel better? If you took out dairy how do you get calcium in your diet daily?

    I'm curious to hear some replies...I've got problems with my joints and I've been researching what foods to avoid or eat more of.

    How are you doing on your water intake? If you have also increased your exercise along with your dairy that could be more of the problem try a joint supplement and or try drinking more water should help!
