Carbs water weight and weight gain
Had a bad weekend with food especially chocolate and carbs am gained 6lb but does anyone know why I am drinking tons of water since back eating clean but not going to wee it's holding all the water I am drinking? Weight gain for one bad day :(
Is it possible to gain 3lb from one bad day? Seems a lot! Thrown me a bit to be honest! Usually eat low carb wet for a meal ate pizza bread ice cream chocolate all night but nothing else during day apart from a protein shake and I am 3lb up this morning :( xx

Carbs
I tend to stick to less than 100g of carbs a day? Can anyone tell me if that's classed as low carb or normal? I permantly have a horrid taste in my mouth and thirsty and someone said its due to low carbs? I didn't think 100g a day was low but maybe it is? All advice greatly received? Xxx

Weight gain
PLease help people I have my last few pound to go till at goal weight after 88lb loss and jumped on scales today and put on 1.5lb help!!! In the whole time I have been on this journey I have never gained!! I have been super good and not cheated at all! This causes me serious stress as I have no idea why it's gone up :(
