Reintroducing carbs?

Hi there I have lost nearly. 100lb over last year by low carb (under 50g) a day and 1000 calories a day - now I am at goal weight how do I slowly increase my cals and carbs so I don't gain weight back? X

    Atkins model says to add 5 grams per week until you see weight gain to find your threshold. You should also get a blood glucose kit to see if your carb intake is in the normal range, below 126 at all times is considered normal after a meal. Above 140 at anytime means something is wrong.
