Chobani Greek Yogurt
It's my new addiction. A little more expensive than "regular" yogurt, but I will never go back. The taste, the texture, the whole package! It is SO much better than regular yogurt.

I took my first step of this journey on 12/14/09
And in three months time, I have lost 20#. I have many more to go, but I'm so, so happy with my success. I work out 4-5 times a week. I try to make the best possible food choices. There have been cookies, and wine, and meals out but I think if you don't learn a way to get around those obstacles and wake up every morning…

Time related weight loss goals
I know to each their own, and it's great to have something to motivate and inspire you. However, I personally think that trying to put your weight loss on a time table is a recipe for disaster. You know, I will lose x number of pounds by such and such a date. So that date comes and goes and you didn't lose that many…

Down 10# since 12/14 :)
I am so excited! 10# in a month is off the charts, and way beyond what I ever expected. I know that working out 4-5 times a week on the EA Active is making the difference! Also, I took my measurements on 1/8 and again today. I lost 1" around my waist and 3", that's right 3" off my hips. I'm so freaking motivated. I'm not…

Food police or those evil saboteurs, which are worse?
You know them. I know you do. They're in every workplace, even some of our friends and family play the role. They are the food police, who know you are watching what you eat, and feel compelled to make sure you're doing an adequate job of it. "Can you have that?" Um, yeah, I'm a capable, calorie counting ADULT and I'm…

EA Active & EA Active more workouts
Anyone compared their calorie burn to reality using a hrm? I've read in a couple places that their calories burned is way off. I'm still going with what they tell me, but I think it's under what it should be.

Not new, but newly active
I joined last January, but 2009 for the most part was one long, slow gain. I would journal for a while, but I could never quite get in the groove. On November 17th, my 45 year old sister died. Life felt so tumultuous and out of control. I decided to regain control of what I could. One of my other sisters bought me EA…

What's for dinner?
We had "fried" rice, homemade from brown rice I made earlier, canola, onion, carrot, garlic & broccoli, & low sodium soy, and salmon and shrimp cooked "hibachi style" with garlic, canola, and sesame seeds. Yummy, and I'm stuffed!

Hello
I've been using the site for about 6 weeks now! I got the Wii fit last weekend, so have really knuckled under this week both food and exercise-wise. I've always been a healthy eater, just have portion distortion! I like the weekend glasses of wine too, which sure do add up calorie wise. I love the site, love the plan, and…
