How do you?
How do you learn to love yourself mentally if you hate yourself physically? This is the problem that I face on a day to day basis. Any advice will be helpful. Thanks MFP'ers!

needing a little help...
So I am in a wedding in June, the dress will look great but I'm still worried about my arms...Does anyone know some of the best excercises for toned arms? I'm thinking push ups and planks. Any information would be helpful! Thanks a bunch!! :happy:

Questions on running...
I'm thinking about starting to jog/running but don't really know how to go about starting. I read an article on beginners running and it said Run 1 minute, walk 4, then the next week Run 2, walk 3, the next week, run 3 walk 2(i think you're supposed to do this for 30 minutes)...Is this right? Please help!!

I love how you feel when you lose weight and just when you get to this plateau with your weight, Aunt Flow comes along and RUINS it!! Oh how wonderful it is to be a woman...Guess I'll just have to work out harder and drink a lot more water.

Wedding Bells
So I'm in 2 weddings next year...one in February and one's in June. I want to look good in both of the bridesmaid dresses and actually like how I look in the pictures, so now it's crunch time. Been with MFP a while now but I need to get myself in gear... Hope everyone is having a good Monday!

Hi, I'm Jennifer. I absolutely LOVE this website! It's so easy to use and super convenient. It doesn't even feel like i'm having to count calories to be on a diet, just watching what i eat and knowing when to stop. I started back excercising and lost 3 pounds so far, 57 more to go! :)
