I have been on MFP for 2-3 months, but exercising and eating better for the last 7 months. In the last 6 months I have lost 27 pounds, and according to my gym machine that measures body fat mine has gone from 27.8 % to 22.6% in the last 2 months!! Bad day
I am and have been doing so well but tonight I am eating chocolate!! lots of it. PLease tell me one bad day will not make all the hard work go away..... I am only a few pounds off my goal weight and am really into eating better and exercising so will work out extra hard tomorrow

I have never had my body fat measured so I cannot compare to how I was before! Today at the gym I went on the machine that measures it and it was 27.8%. Seems to be almost in the good range but average so I now have an aim of getting it down! How much weight do u have to lose to lose a bit of % of body fat??

does running tone?
I am slowly losing weight with running (outdoors and treadmill) and other cardio. My stomach is my main issue (damn stubborn fat!!) as my weight is within "normal" range now.
