Hi, I am 32 years old with 2 young children,
I have never been really fit, but haven;t been really overweight either, I am 5"6 and recently lost 14 pounds ( I weigh 153 ish pounds) . I currently want to lose another 7 pounds but I want to tone up more. I am going to the gym and running 3-4 times a week and enjoying it but its slow progress!
Anyone in a similar position please add me

Hi!! I too am a mom of two kids ( 5&7) I am 5'6" and weight 140, I'm not sure what my goal weight is but I just want to feel comfortable in my jeans, I want more energy to keep up with my kids and just feel better all around. Feel free to add me as a friend!0
