Trouble gripping gym equipment
Wondering if anyone has this problem.. I'm having serious problems gripping equipment. It usually gives way before the muscles I'm working do! Anyone include exercise calories in allowance/HRM troubles
So after ongoing issues with my HRM cutting out mid work out I though i might up my intake overall and stop tracking exercise. Does anyone else go this way? I burn 300-500 at the gym each time and go 3-5 times a week. Planning to set calories at 1500 per day, too high? too low? thoughts?

Im now in a healthy weight range for my size but still not happy with how I look. How did you decide on your goal weight? Or when did you shift to start focusing more on bf % rather than weight?

Will you net low cals for the rest of the week to balance it out? Or just accept you went over and get back into it the next day?

Helping my friend?
I have a friend whose is on a 300 calorie diet and has been for nearly a month, She's lost about 10kg but I'm worried its been too fast! Not to mention not eating anything! Is there anyway I can convince her that she should slow down the loss? She's aiming to be under 50kg and is around 5'3

Who uses mfp guided weight loss amount?
Who sets their own weekly goal and who follows the Mfp recommendation ? Mfp recommended I set mine to 1lb per week but I've set it to 1.5 a week and dont feel deprived food wise. Curious to see what others do?

Is it ok to go over? Please help!
Is it ok to go over your daily limit of you stay under your weekly goal? I'm going out to dinner later and I'm worried if I get a nice steak or similar I will go over my 1200 limit. I usually under eat but 100-200 cals (just not hungry) and dont eat back my exercise cals. Would it be ok to have a bit extra?
