Gym distance
So just wondering how far do you all drive to get to your gym? Mine is 13 miles from my home but it is very close to my job. So I go at lunch time and work out. I am thinking about going to work out in the mornings and then go back home get ready and to work. Seems like a lot of miles to me though.

counting calories to low carb
Has anyone ever thought about changing diets(or changed) from counting Calories to low carb? Like for a month or two to just change things up? to maybe jar your body into losing during a stall? and then back off and start back at 1200 calories?

Okay the elliptical machine said 289 calories burned during my 40 minute workout Friday and MFP said 603 burned. Which one do you guys trust or do you find a common number in the middle. Does anyone do more than one work out? Is there a such things as to much? The reason I am asking is I work out in my lunch hour 5 days a week I get 40 minutes exactly.
