I have been craving chips and dip so much here lately i think just because i know how bad it is for me. Chips are my weakness..... well i went to the store and i bought the pack of the french onion dip seasoning pack and plain fat free yogurt in place of the sour cream. I just got it mixed up and tasted it. I am so impressed. I literally could not tell any difference from the regular full fat dip. Now I wish i had of been able to get greek yogurt i know that would have been much better and thicker. I just didn't have an option in town. For 70 calories in 1/4 cup of this dip you just can't beat it. Im excited for my snack today. Though not as healthy as it should be,15of the light ruffles( 1/2 the calorie chips) at 80 calories and i figure about 1/8 of a cup of dip 35 calories the total will be 115 calorie for my snack.
Been thinking of other uses for this dip since I can't eat it all well i don't need to eat it all. lol.
Does anyone have any ideas? i know many of you have made this before im sure.
I did think about putting some on a veggie pattie or turkey burger?
vegetable dip?

You could probably use it like a tzatiki in a chicken pita?
btw, it sounds delicious! I may have to try it! :)
