weight tracking app
Is there an app that folks use to track their lifting? I just have a notepad in my phone and I've not put dates down. I'd like something easy that helps to track my weight for a movement for the number of reps.

Ladies around 5'4'' losing about 20 lbs
Hello! I am about 5'4'' and I weigh around 150 lbs. I want to lose about 20 lbs and would like to hear from ladies with a similar story. How did you do it? Would you be ok with sharing pics of your results? I'm struggling and would like some inspiration. :happy: Thanks!!

Another NSV - Big girl pushups
So - I haven't had a lot of success on the scale. I'm about 10-15 lbs from my goal weight, but i'm also trying to focus on my strength! Yesterday I did 25 big-girl pushups (on my toes). :) I was so excited! I've been working my way up to this for a few weeks adding one or two additional pushups a day.

Last night i had a training session at the boxing gym I use. In my training sessions I focus on weight/strength training. Last night I was doing squats and I lifted 5lbs less than my current body weight. I know this sounds silly but I couldn't believe I could squat that much. Now I'm excited to see what I can get up to!

Advice for lifting
I currently do a boxing/kickboxing class about 3-4 times per week. In addition I try to lift. I've lifted with trainers before but when I'm on my own i'm not sure how to organize a weight lifting workout. Sports bra recommendations?
