In a moment of weakness you buy something not so great at the grocery store. You get home and realize it was a bad idea to buy it (bag of chips, ice cream, whatever...) So what do you do? Keep it and try to eat it in moderation or throw it out?

I'm a little confused... Am i supposed to eat all my daily goal calories to lose weight? Stay under it? How many net calories should I have all together after exercise and food tracking is all said and done?
